 Joe Bottomly is recognized as one of Montana’s top civil trial attorneys representing individuals and small businesses. A native of Montana, Joe Bottomly received his BS from the University of Oregon in 1976, and a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 1980. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in Montana, and has argued in a wide variety of venues including Montana Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
