Amy is a partner in the firm.  She grew up in the mountains of Idaho working at a family lodge in the summers.  She attended Cal Poly University, graduating cum laude in 1997 with a social science degree.  She spent the next year working on issues before the Idaho State Land Board, before attending the University of Montana School of Law, graduating in 2001.  While in law school she was a member of the National Moot Court Team, writing the best appellate brief in the region and competing in the national competition.  She also spent time during school clerking for the Honorable Leif Erickson, a federal magistrate judge.

Following graduation from law school Amy became an associate with this firm.  Amy is on the Board of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Amicus Committee of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the American Association for Justice.  She has also served on the Board of the Whitefish School District and the World Class Kayak Academy, in addition to volunteering her time to multiple community groups in the Flathead Valley.  In her free time Amy enjoys spending time outside with her husband, two daughters, and their two dogs.
